Dr. Cung and The Team

 Dr. Tâm Cung's home has always been the DFW area since he was 4-years-old, when his parents immigrated to America as political refugees to escape communist Vietnam. Shortly after medical school, his father just retired from Dallas Police, suffered traumatic brain injury, and which pointed Dr Cung towards Geriatric and palliative care; though at his core, he likes to see patients of all different ages.

With over a decade of nursing experience across diverse settings—including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, home health, hospice, internal medicine, and house-call primary care—Jane is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. Her expertise includes comprehensive health assessments, risk evaluations, disease and medication management, treatment planning, and care coordination. Jane is committed to fostering strong patient relationships, enhancing health outcomes, and collaborating effectively within interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
